Yesterday

Last night after Eric and I came home from Mom and Dad's we went for a bike ride. I went farther then I have before. Eric normally goes 4-5 miles. Well I went about 2 miles or more. Not sure how far we went. Eric stayed by my side the whole time. Thank goodness. It's much nicer going with someone. So I did it!! It's getting easier though. As mom said we went walking this morning. My knees burned at first, but as I kept going it got easier. Thanks everyone for the encouragement. Keep up the good work.
